Connecting to AOL via the Internet

To setup your AOL account to access the Internet perform the following:

1. Open your AOL software.
2. Click on the Setup Button.
3. Select the location you are using by clicking on it once.
4. Click on the Edit Location button.
5. Delete the Phone number in the box on the left.
6. Click on the down arrow on the box for network, and select TCP/IP.
7. Click on the Save Button.
8. Click on the OK button.
9. Logon to AOL as you normally would.
10. The next time you connect up to AOL it should use your Internet Connection instead of an AOL dial up number.
