program. Outlook is included in the standard software package recommended.
Outlook Express, a free program that is included with Internet Explorer,
is also set up in basically the same manor.

Before you can receive e-mail, you must configure Outlook or Outlook
Express.

5. Enter your incoming and outgoing servers:
You should choose that your incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
The incoming mail server is mail.domain.com (ie.mail.iaetc.com).
You also need to enter your outgoing mail (SMTP) server.

6. You need to enter your account information:
Your account name is your full email address.
A temporary password is issued to you when your e-mail account is set
up. (You should change your password from the temporary one initially
assigned to you, to your own password by calling VisionFriendly.com
at 630-466-2600 or email support@visionfriendly.com and request a password
change).

7. You will need to enter your connection method.
We are recommend
having a "always on" DSL/cable connection;
in this case, you would enter connect using my local area network (LAN).

8. This completes the e-mail setup.

At the top of the Outlook program, you can set various options and check
mail.
Click on "Send/Receive" to
check your e-mail.
By choosing Tools > Options > Mail Delivery tab,
you can set an options to send mail immediately when connected and to
check for messages every "x" minutes.

You can make additional updates or changes to your current e-mail setup
by clicking on the Accounts button (as shown above), highlighting
your e-mail account and clicking Properties.
