First, if you can't find or don't have the Microsoft Web Publishing Wizard download a copy of Microsoft Web Publishing Wizard from Microsoft's web site. Be sure to make a note of where you save the file, you may want to just save it to the desktop so that it will be easy to find. Once it is down loaded, double click on the file to run the installation.
After installation is complete it should end with a message telling you to click on the Start button goto the Programs menu select accessories then internet tools then Web Publishing Wizard, to run the program.

The first time that you run Web Publishing Wizard it will ask you for the information it needs to help you upload your files to the web server.

You will have to show the Wizard where the files are on your local system that you want to upload. The easiest way to do this is to click on the Browse Folders button.

A window similar to the one pictured below will be opened up, double click on your hard drive then find the directory that contains your web page files, then click on OK.
Click on New to add your server provider.
Type in Internet in the upper box, and make sure that <Other Internet Provider> is selected in the lower box, then click on Next.
Type in the URL of your web pages, http://www.domainname.com/~username , where username is your email name.
If your email address is joe@visionfriendly.com your URL would be http://www.visionfriendly.com/~joe
Make sure that Use Dial-up Networking is checked, and your elNet connection is displayed in the box, then click Next.
Type in your email username, and password.
Note: Do not use your dial-up username, which is different.
On the first pass through you will get the following error, this is okay. Click on OK to continue.

The first time through the Web Publishing Wizard tries to use Windows File Transfer to connect, since you are connecting to a UNIX computer you need to use FTP, the Web Publishing Wizard will give you that option in the next window.
Make sure that FTP is selected then click on Next to continue.
Enter the server you will be uploading your files (if any) as www.domainname.com as the name of the FTP server that you are connecting to, then click on Next.
The subfolder containing your web pages on the web server is WWW, note: the WWW is all uppercase.
The URL is the same as you had previously entered.
Click Next, so that the Wizard can try to connect.
If the information that you have entered is correct then you will see the following screen, click Finish to continue.
The Wizard will now transfer the files in your local directory up to the server, you can click on Cancel to stop the proccess.
If everything transfers without any problems you will see the following window letting you know that everything transfered okay.

Click on OK to close the Wizard, then open your web browser and check your web pages.
