To add additional user profiles to Netscape
Communicator
- Netscape Communicator must be closed before adding additional user
profiles.
- click on the Start Button
- goto Programs
- goto Netscape Communicator
- goto Utilities
- Select User Profile Manager
- Click on the "New" button
- For Full Name, type whatever you would like.
- Email Address should be username@Domainname.com
- Profile name should be something unique, suggest using your username.
- Use the default directory.
- Your Name, is what people will see as your real name on email and
news postings that you send.
- Email address, username@elnet.com
- Outgoing mail [SMTP] server: shell0.elnet.com (or whoever your
ISP is).
- Mail server username is your username which was assigned to you.
- Incoming mail server is mail.domainname.com, select
POP3 for server type.
- News [NNTP] server is news.elnet.com, (or whoever your ISP
is).
