General Features of Request IT
You can add tasks, projects, and requests from a simple web based interface. This allows administrators to assign the requests on to specific individuals that are qualified to handle the request. The employees or project managers that have been passed on requests can see at a glance which projects are currently in their hands and determine which projects have priority over others. By clicking on a specific task, project, or request, you can see more detailed information and even change the status of tasks. This information can help everyone better utilize their time and help them get projects completed on schedule.
Extensive Reporting capabilities
From the administrators control panel you can view all open projects. You can also select a project manager and see which projects the manager is currently working on. Requests, projects and tasks can be created and assigned from the administrative area as well as setting priorities and assigning the project. The open projects can be sorted by priority, name, or any other of the columns listed for ease of viewing. |
