The calendar is viewed as a full month display, where the subjects of the top six events each day can be viewed at a glance.
Calendar Expo can also be configured to be viewable by the public, or just for private use. Events are secure from tampering with password protected user accounts, and employees or website users must be setup with a username and password to login and add or edit events.

Calendar Expo’s convenient full month display lets users see an overview of all the events posted for all 4 or 5 weeks in the month. The full details of individual events each day can be viewed by simply clicking on the subject line of any event. A summary of each day’s events are listed on the left side of the daily view, and right side contains the add/update event section where the date or information about events can be changed, added, or removed. Users can also keep other coworkers informed with the notification section, where Calendar Expo will email any selected employee of any changes made to the event.
