Features
As with most of VisionFriendly’s products, The Data Depot is a fully web enabled application. Any employee, manager, or contractor with the appropriate access privileges can enter their time from anywhere, at any time, and even update items and view reports. Your people stay connected, and informed.
Detailed timesheet reporting is also included from the administrators control panel. In either the Company Data or Employee Data sections, simply enter a range of dates, and select an employee or client to view a quick report of all work performed within a certain time frame. Employers can utilize this information to track billable time to their clients as well as use the total hours for employee or contractor payroll.
There are also two additional administrative areas, which allow for simple updates to client, employee and contractor information.

Technical Details
The Data Depot consists of Visual Basic / Active Server Pages (VB/ASP) scripts running on Windows 2003 servers.
Client and employee details are stored in an SQL database, a scalable, cost-effective solution for small- to medium-sized databases.
