Tony spent the first 20 years of his career gaining business insights by working in the banking industry. He worked closely with customers, exploring their business in depth, revealing their underlying concerns and providing solutions. Tony gained experience managing banks throughout the Chicagoland area for industry leaders including Chase and PNC, and was consistently a leader in growing overall profitability and customer satisfaction. His experience doing business in Chicago has taught Tony to build customer loyalty through caring for customers and their needs.

In 2015, Tony decided to combine his passion for helping customers and his understanding of numbers and data. He received his degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics in December of 2017, completing additional certificate work with Google Analytics to bring his education and experience full circle.

At VisionFriendly.com, Tony works with customers to unify their marketing message across channels and uses objective data and business experience to measure the success of that message.
