Accepable Use Policy
BULK MAIL
You may not use your VisionFriendly.com email account to send Bulk Mail. “Bulk Mail” means email messages of similar content that are sent to more than twenty five or more (25+) recipients. Attempts to circumvent this restriction by breaking up bulk email over time, using multiple accounts, or other means will be a violation of this restriction.
By default the amount of recipients per hour is limited per mailbox, in order to protect your reputation and ours. If the limit is reached, please clear your outbox and wait for one hour or call us at 630-553-0000. Mail messages sent to other users within your domain names hosted by VisionFrendly.com are not Bulk Mail.
UNSOLICITED MAIL
You may not send unsolicited email. Email is unsolicited if you have no pre-existing relationship with the recipient, unless the recipient has published or otherwise provided or his/her email address in a manner which implies consent to receive the email. Once the recipient requests to no longer be contacted, any further emails would be Unsolicited.
SYSTEM ABUSE
You may not use your VisionFriendly.com email account in a way that creates technical disturbances for other VisionFriendly.com customers or for VisionFriendly.com systems generally.
EMAIL ABUSE COMPLAINTS
Complaints from email recipients and third party abuse agencies (e.g. SpamHaus, Gmail, Yahoo) shall be deemed proof of the facts stated therein unless you provide compelling evidence to the contrary. VisionFriendly.com shall have the right to terminate your email account if we receive excessive or repeated complaints from your email recipients, regardless of whether you are in breach of this AUP or are otherwise at fault.
BLACKLISTING/RETALIATION
VisionFriendly.com may terminate your Services if your email address or related IP number(s) is/are blacklisted by any third party, or VisionFriendly.com is retaliated against as a result of your email, regardless of whether you are in breach of this AUP or are otherwise at fault.
THIRD PARTY MAIL MARKETING
You may not use your VisionFriendly.com email account to send Bulk Mail (defined above) except via a reputable 3rd party mail marketing service that utilizes their own email servers. You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other laws and regulations applicable to bulk and commercial mail. VisionFriendly.com offers customers VF-Blaster for sending Bulk Mail or Promotional Emails.
SUMMARY/ACTIONS
As a result if any of the above violations take place VisionFriendly.com may block email accounts. In addition, your services may be suspended or terminated for violation of this AUP. Inquiries regarding this policy should be directed to [email protected].
